You’re invited to a series of Open House events at the Imperial Calcasieu Museum’s Residency Studio at the Imperial Calcasieu Museum. Drop in anytime from 10 AM to 2 PM on July 19, August 2, or September 13. Each open house is free to attend and welcomes the entire community.
This is your chance to meet our talented 2025 resident artists—Maaliyah Papillion, Kat Bertrand, and Dominique Espree—and see what they’ve been working on in their studio space. You’ll find artwork in progress, finished pieces available for purchase, and opportunities to talk directly with the artists about their creative process, inspirations, and evolving ideas. Light refreshments will be available, and the atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and all about connection.
