Join us for an evening of creative exploration as we turn recycled CDs and vinyl records into unique intaglio printing plates. Participants will learn the fundamentals of etching and hand printing while experimenting with line, texture, and mark making to create their own unique prints. This workshop is designed for beginners and experienced artists alike. All materials are included with registration, and no prior printmaking experience is required. Along the way, you’ll discover how everyday objects can be transformed into unexpected artistic tools.
To make the experience even more memorable, we’ll finish the evening with Intaglio Musical Chairs, a collaborative art activity where participants rotate seats and contribute to one another’s prints. It’s a fun way to share ideas, connect with fellow creatives, and leave with artwork that reflects the collective spirit of the group.
